Eligibility and Payment

By making a purchase you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older, or that you have permission from the holder of the payment method being used. You must be an authorized user of the payment method. Purchases made without authorization from the account holder may result in removal of all items and a permanent store ban.

Delivery of any purchased content can take up to 14 days.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered except where required by law. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that all sales are considered final. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting support may result in removal of purchased items and suspension from the server and store.

Ownership and Transfers

Ownership is tied to the FiveM account the item is assigned to at time of purchase. If an item is purchased on behalf of another user, that account holder is the owner, not the person who paid. The payer has no claim to the item, and gifted purchases are not reversible on request.

Reselling purchased items to other players is prohibited and will result in immediate loss of the purchased items without refund. Transfers may only be made through the store using the Business Transfer package or an equivalent offering.

Subscriptions

This applies to VIP Memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond) and Business Pro Monthly.

• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not prorated or refunded.
• Character slots earned through a VIP tier are kept permanently, even if the subscription lapses or is cancelled.
• All other subscription perks (priority queue access, Discord role, VIP emotes, monthly gem package, coupons, inventory weight, battlepass, verified check mark, Gym Coach perk, vehicle choice) are active only while the subscription is active and end when it lapses.
• Priority queue tiers improve your position in the queue. They are not a guarantee of a server slot at any given time.
• Perks, tier contents, and pricing may change at any time. Changes do not entitle you to a refund.

Gems

Gems are a virtual in game currency with no real world value. Gems are non refundable, cannot be transferred between accounts, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item of real world value, and are forfeited permanently if your account is permanently banned or removed from the server.

Lifetime Access Items: General Terms

Items listed as Lifetime Access (Businesses, MLO Houses, Faction MLOs, Faction Vehicles, Faction Gun Benches, Custom Weapons, Clothing Imports & Textures) are granted for the life of the server, subject to the conditions below. These items are not unconditional. Continued access requires that you:

1. Follow all Server Rules (and Business Rules, where applicable). Rules are subject to change. Buyers are expected to stay informed using all available information channels and staff contacts.
2. Meet the Activity Requirement for your item category (see table below). Activity requirements are subject to change; the current requirements are always posted here and on the relevant store page.
3. Remain in good standing. Permanent bans result in temporary removal of your Lifetime Access items. See the Enforcement section below.
4. Relocate when required. If the MLO your item uses causes problems on the server, you must change locations or switch to a different MLO when staff ask you to. See the Required Relocations section below.

Failure to meet any of these conditions may result in the item being reclaimed (repossessed) by the server without refund.

Activity Requirements

Current as of August 11, 2026 and subject to change.

Activity is measured by staff review. Staff determination is final.

Planned inactivity. If you know you will be inactive, open a ticket with staff in advance stating how long you expect to be away. Approved absences will not count against your activity requirement.

Why do cosmetics have an activity requirement? Clothing imports and textures occupy a limited number of slots on the server. Slots held by inactive players may be reclaimed and reopened to the community.

Required Relocations

This applies to MLO Houses, Faction MLOs, and Businesses.

If the MLO you are using causes problems on the server, you will be required to change locations or switch to a different MLO. Qualifying problems include but are not limited to collision issues, performance or frame rate impact, streaming and asset conflicts, clipping into map geometry or other properties, broken or blocked pathing, and anything else that affects server stability or the experience of other players.

• Staff will contact you and work with you to choose a replacement from the locations or MLOs available at the time.
• You will not be charged for a move the server requires. No MLO Exchange Token or Business Exchange Token is needed, and the replacement keeps the same Lifetime Access status and activity requirements as the original.
• Required moves are not optional. Refusing to relocate, or continuing to use a flagged MLO after staff have notified you, is a ToS violation and results in a strike under the Enforcement section.
• A required move does not entitle you to a refund, and any difference in store price between the original and the replacement is not refunded.
• Whether an MLO is causing server problems, and what counts as a suitable replacement, is determined by staff review. Staff determination is final.

Enforcement

Strikes

All ToS violations result in a strike, including failure to meet an activity requirement. Staff issue up to three strikes before any item is repossessed. On the third active strike, Lifetime Access items are removed without refund.

Strikes expire two weeks after they are issued.

Permanent Bans

A permanent ban results in temporary removal of your Lifetime Access items. You will have 10 days to resolve the ban. If the ban is not resolved within that window, removal becomes permanent and no refund will be issued.

Business Owner Conduct

Blacklists

Business owners may not blacklist an entire faction over faction conflict. All blacklists must have a valid, individual basis. Blacklists are reviewed case by case, and Business Staff hold final decision on whether a blacklist stands.

Faction Items

This applies to Faction MLOs, Faction Starters, Faction Packs, Faction Vehicles, and Faction Gun Benches.

• Only a faction leader may purchase faction related items.
• The purchasing leader is the owner of record and retains the right to decide what happens to those items, including in the event of a leadership change or voluntary disband.
• If a faction is disbanded by Faction Staff for violations of faction rules, all faction items are lost without refund.

Custom Content

This applies to Clothing Imports, Extra Clothing Textures, Custom Chains, and Custom Weapons.

• All custom content must be approved by ownership before purchase. Do not purchase custom content that has not been approved first.
• Custom content must abide by the content guidelines set by ownership.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any asset you submit. Submissions that infringe on third party rights or breach the content guidelines will be rejected.

Custom Weapons

Custom Weapons are offered as limited drops, made available on the store once per month in limited quantity. Availability, pricing, and drop timing are at the server's discretion.

Server Closure

All items, perks, and virtual currency are tied to this server. If the server closes, access to all purchased content ends. No refunds or compensation will be issued.

Changes to These Terms

These terms, including all rules and activity requirements referenced within them, may be updated at any time. Continued use of purchased items after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the buyer's responsibility to stay informed.
